Metamorphic Fluidity began as a diary. It was a time of writing letters and falling in love, and I made one image a day alongside the letters, for whatever didn’t fit into words. When the notebook was full I mailed it to the person I was writing to.
The pieces don’t follow one subject or mood. What holds them together is how they were made, quickly, from whatever the day actually felt like, without going back to smooth it over. Seen together now, they read less like a planned body of work and more like a stack of letters.
